Terms of Service

These terms are subject to change and will be updated as necessary.
If you have any questions or need clarification, feel free to contact me.
You must agree to all terms before requesting a commission.
I reserve the right to post completed work for portfolio/commission examples/social media. If you have a blog or website, I can link you in the post.
Commissioned works are for personal use only. You may not use it for commercial purposes.
If you want to post the work to your own social media, you must credit and link to me.
If these terms are not followed, if communication between us is of inefficient (i.e. I can't figure out what you want or sufficient detail for what you want is not provided, in which commission is unable to be fulfilled), or client behavior, during any part of the process, is rude or inappropriate, your commission will be discontinued and you will be issued a refund.

References in visual format are preferred. You may use text references, though it will be considered a design commission.
Payment must be in USD.
Payment must be upfront and in full before the commission can be started.
Cryptocurrency is unacceptable. Should you attempt this, the commission will be stopped, and you will be blocked.
The time taken for the completion of a commission will vary depending on the complexity. If something comes up that ends up delaying the commission process, you will be contacted accordingly.
You are allowed to ask for the status of your commission, within reasonable limits.
A sketch will be sent to you for approval, during which you may request changes. Once I have moved on to lining, you may only make minor changes. Any major edits or redraws requested after the sketch is done will incur extra charges.

If at any point you wish to cancel your commission, you will receive a refund depending on the circumstance:

_{If the sketching process has already begun, you will receive 50% of the original price.}
_{If the flat color and shading stage has begun, you will not be able to receive a refund.}
